Fashion Must-have: Skater Skirts

Ever since I purchased my first ever skater skirt  (which I got at JCPenney for $10!), I have been obsessing over skater skirts. Right now, they are so trendy. I have been seeing so pictures of celebrities rocking them and I'm so happy that I own one now!

I like that skater skirts are so versatile. Emma Roberts, Ariana Grande, and Rihanna show three different summer-y ways that you can style these fashionable skirts.

Skater skirts are definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe this summer. I want to figure out some other cute ways to style them. I must say that I love how they look paired with a crop top!

Working Girl

Lately, I have been talking about how I want either a summer job or a summer internship that is somehow related to fashion. Well, I'm excited to say that I now have a summer internship with a local bridal and prom boutique.

Today was my interview and this is what I wore. I wasn't sure exactly what to wear because it is an interview for a fashion internship and I want to be able to share with them my sense of style. However, I think that my outfit looks really nice.

I'm so excited to begin working at my internships. I just know that I am going to have so much fun and learn a lot of about fashion. I'm still hoping to get a paid retail job as well, because a girl has got to make some money!

OPI Couture de Minnie

I think that this is such a cute logo!

I love nail polish. However, I feel like a nail polish collection has to be really amazing for me to get excited over. One nail polish collection that I am so in love with is the Summer 2013 OPI Couture de Minnie collection.

So many pretty pinks and reds!

All of the polishes are so gorgeous that it is seriously hard for me to pick a favorite! I really like the colors "Chic from Ears to Tail" and "Innie Minnie Mightie Bow". I am a sucker for baby pink colors and classic reds. I think it also doesn't hurt that these polishes have such adorable names.

Seeing as how I am so head-over-heels for this nail polish collection, I decided to put together a look inspired by the beloved Minnie Mouse. I think this look really came together!

I think that you all should check out this sweet nail polish collection. I'm definitely going to try and get my hands on at least one of the polishes from the collection.
